PVC and UPVC resins are corrosive, temperature-sensitive, and unforgiving to standard equipment. The JETMASTER-UPVC is a dedicated PVC injection molding machine built from the ground up to handle them. Specialty bi-metallic anti-corrosive screw and barrel, fan-cooled barrel with convection cooling tunnels, and anti-corrosive nozzle with interior plating. Every component that contacts PVC is designed for long service life.
160 to 650 tonnes, 2 sets of core pulls as standard, extra-wide doors sized for pipe fitting molds, stainless steel hopper and chute, and servo-hydraulic drive. A pipe fitting injection molding machine ready for production from day one.
A standard injection molding machine with a PVC screw option addresses plasticising, but PVC processing attacks the entire machine.
The JETMASTER-UPVC is a dedicated PVC injection molding machine engineered from the ground up for chlorine-containing resins: anti-corrosive nozzle with interior plating, stainless steel hopper and chute, fan-cooled barrel for precise temperature control, corrosion-resistant coatings throughout, and extra-wide doors designed for pipe fitting molds. These are not features you can retrofit to a general-purpose machine.
The JETMASTER-UPVC pipe fitting injection molding machine produces the full range of UPVC and PVC fittings: elbows, tees, reducers, couplings, valves, and custom fittings from 160 to 650 tonnes.
It also handles power switches, sockets, building components, and metallic tool housings. Chen Hsong provides specialized configurations for non-standard PVC applications on request.
PVC is highly sensitive to overheating, which causes material degradation and releases corrosive gases. The JETMASTER-UPVC uses fan cooling with a convection-type cooling tunnel design instead of conventional water cooling. This provides stable, uniform temperature control across the entire barrel length, preventing hot spots that degrade PVC quality.
