The C-Pack is purpose-built for pail and bucket production on the proven MK6.6 platform. It features a specialised PP screw with 25:1 L/D ratio optimised for olefin resins, a high-speed wear-resistant hydraulic motor for faster recovery, a specially-strengthened clamping unit with FEA-optimised rigidity, and long opening stroke for deep cavity moulds.
Standard machines require aftermarket modifications to achieve similar performance on pail production. The C-Pack delivers it out of the box.
The C-Pack is designed for industrial and chemical pails, paint buckets, food-grade containers, lubricant containers, and other deep cavity PP products.
The specialised PP screw handles resins with anti-oxidant, anti-corrosion, and other performance additives used in chemical and industrial packaging.

Yes. Chen Hsong configures each C-Pack with a matched smart manufacturing solution including servo-driven take-out robots, automated loading systems, dehumidifier/dryer combos, granulators, mould temperature controllers, chillers, storage hoppers, and conveyor belts.
Each auxiliary component is sized and matched to the specific C-Pack model for a complete turnkey production line.
The C-Pack is available in four models: JM328 (328T), JM488 (488T), JM658 (658T), and JM800 (800T). Tie bar spacing ranges from 660x660mm on the JM328 to 1020x1020mm on the JM800, accommodating a wide range of pail mould sizes.
Yes. The C-Pack includes a standard robot interface with connectors. Matched servo-driven take-out robots are available for each model, from the CHS3-CPW100-XS (5kg payload, 1000mm vertical stroke) for the JM328 to the CHS3-NPW150-E (25kg payload, 1500mm vertical stroke) for the JM800.
