近期，佛山市顺德区新力模具塑料有限公司为西门子品牌生产商制造了一套生产“磁共振医疗检查扫描仪”主机外壳的大型模具，并特别选择一台震雄超霸 SM2600-TP 伺服驱动二板大型注塑机用于试模生产。
由于震雄二板大型注塑机拥有高速自动调模功能及极速移模专利设计，大大缩短了生产周期；独有专利导柱螺纹抱合结构，确保机器具有高速度、低噪音、高精度和极佳的稳定性。在工作人员把塑料原料输入后，机器在智能电脑的精确控制下即开始有条不紊地进行熔胶、合模、射胶、保压、冷却、开模等一系列动作，继而完美成型出偌大的精密塑料制品。
