Both share the same vertical clamping and injection platform. The V Standard has a fixed lower platen. The V-S adds a sliding lower platen that slides out for easier insert loading and part removal.
The V-S also adds ejector position scale control, ejector return confirmation, and ejector holding function as standard. Choose the V-S when operators need clear access to load inserts or when ergonomics is a priority.
Choose the V-S Single-Slide when insert loading time is short enough that one station is sufficient, or when floor space is limited.
Choose the V-SD Double-Slide when insert loading takes significant time and you want to load inserts on one side while the other side molds, effectively doubling output. The V-SD requires more floor width for the two sliding platens.
