The H Series combines vertical clamping with a horizontal injection unit. This gives you the insert-loading advantages of vertical clamping, where gravity holds inserts in place, together with the injection performance of a horizontal unit: larger shot capacity, better plasticising, and easier screw access for maintenance. The horizontal injection unit can also be positioned on the left or right to suit your factory layout.
The H Series spans seven tonnage classes from 85 to 500 tonnes, with horizontal injection units sized to match and screw diameters from φ30mm to φ85mm. Like the rest of the vertical family, it offers the same five mode options as the V Series: standard, single-slide, double-slide, rotary, and two-colour. A hydraulic servo system is standard, with dual-mold dynamic injection control on multi-station variants, and the H Series can also be supplied for liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding with the LSR-1000s metering unit.
The H Series gives you the gravity-assisted insert loading of vertical clamping together with the injection performance of a horizontal unit. Use it when your parts need the secure, fixture-free insert holding that vertical clamping provides, but also require larger shot weights, higher injection rates, better plasticising for certain materials, or easier screw access for cleaning and maintenance than a vertical injection unit offers. It bridges the gap when parts exceed what V Series injection units can deliver.
The H Series suits larger insert molding and overmolding work that needs substantial shot volume: automotive structural components with heavy metal inserts, large electrical connectors, and industrial parts requiring more material than vertical injection units deliver.
The left or right injection unit positioning also helps it fit specific production line layouts. It is the right choice whenever horizontal injection performance is preferred but inserts still need gravity loading from above.
Yes. The H Series horizontal injection unit can be configured on the left or right side of the machine to suit your factory layout and production line flow. This flexibility is specific to horizontal injection configurations and is not available on vertical injection machines.
Yes. The H Series can be configured for liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding with the LSR-1000s metering and dosing unit, and supports two-colour and multi-colour work, with dual-mold dynamic injection control on multi-station variants for independent parameters per station.
