The H Series combines vertical clamping with a horizontal injection unit. This gives you the insert-loading advantages of vertical clamping, where gravity holds inserts in place, together with the injection performance of a horizontal unit, including larger shot capacity, better plasticising, and easier screw access for maintenance. The horizontal injection unit also allows left or right positioning to suit your factory layout.
Four models from 220 to 500 tonnes with injection units from 220 to 500 class. Same five mode options as the V and W Series: standard, single-slide, double-slide, rotary, and two-colour configurations. Hydraulic servo system standard. Dual-mold dynamic injection control standard on multi-station variants. Safety light curtain and acrylic safety door with interlock standard. Screw diameter options from φ45mm to φ85mm for larger shot weights up to 1846g (PS).
The H Series is the right choice when you need the gravity-assisted insert loading of vertical clamping but your application requires larger shot weights, higher injection rates, or materials that benefit from horizontal plasticising.
Horizontal injection units offer larger screw diameters, better melt homogeneity for certain materials, and easier access for screw cleaning and maintenance. If your parts need more material than V Series injection units can deliver, the H Series bridges the gap.
The W Series uses vertical injection with tieless two-platen clamping and a low work height design. The H Series uses horizontal injection with vertical clamping (with tie bars).
Choose the W Series when ergonomic low work height and tieless mold accessibility are priorities. Choose the H Series when you need larger shot capacity from the horizontal injection unit or when your material processes better horizontally.
The H Series is designed for larger insert molding applications that exceed V Series shot capacity: automotive structural components with heavy metal inserts, large electrical connectors, industrial components requiring substantial material volume, and any insert molding application where horizontal injection performance is preferred. The left/right injection unit positioning also suits specific production line layouts.
Yes. The H Series horizontal injection unit can be configured on the left or right side of the machine to suit your factory layout and production line flow. This flexibility is unique to horizontal injection configurations and is not available on vertical injection machines.
