Chen Hsong's all-electric injection molding machines, the SPARK AE series, use servo motors on every axis for the tightest tolerances, lowest energy consumption, and cleanroom-compatible operation. Independent servo control of every function allows simultaneous movements that shared hydraulic circuits cannot match.
The all-electric SPARK platform eliminates hydraulic oil entirely, reducing maintenance and contamination risk. Available from 20 to 650 tonnes.

Chen Hsong's hybrid injection moulding machines combine electric servo drives on the injection and plasticising axes with hydraulic power on clamping and auxiliary functions. The result is higher efficiency and accuracy than pure hydraulic machines, without the cost or constraints of full-electric systems.
The SPARK series offers three hybrid configurations: the SPARK MS flagship (servo-electric injection, plasticising, and clamping with AI Molder and ±0.01mm repeatability), the SPARK EH (electric clamping and injection with built-in hydraulic auxiliaries), and the SPARK HB (electric injection and plasticising with hydraulic clamping, the easiest upgrade from pure hydraulic). Available from 90 to 1,700 tonnes.

Chen Hsong offers one of the industry's widest ranges of vertical injection moulding machine configurations across four architectures: vertical clamping with vertical injection (V), tieless low-work-height rotary (W), vertical clamping with horizontal injection (H), and tieless vertical clamping (C).
Full range coverage
Vertical machines are available from 35 to 600 tonnes, with round rotary table platens up to φ2400mm for the largest insert-molding applications. Liquid silicone rubber (LSR) configurations are available with the LSR-1000s metering unit.
