In a back-loading layout, the main and auxiliary injection units are stacked and share the machine frame and guide mechanism, connected rigidly for coordinated operation. This gives a compact footprint, removes redundant parts, and improves injection accuracy.
The result is flexible switching between single-material and multi-material production, with three injection structures (horizontal, vertical, side-mounted) that can be arranged H/L/V to suit the mold and product.
