01 What Is The Difference Between The SUPER PACK, SPEED-PACK II, And SPEED?

All three share Precision Hydraulics technology. The SPEED (128-468T) is a versatile high-speed servo-hydraulic machine for fast-cycle applications.

The SPEED-PACK II (260-570T) is purpose-built for thin-wall packaging with up to 500mm/s injection speed and dry cycles as short as 1.5 seconds.

The SUPER PACK (430-1550T) is designed for maximum output at the largest scale with accumulator injection, a 29% larger power pack than industry standard, and 51% higher plasticising rate.

Choose the SUPER PACK when you need the highest output rates on larger parts or high-cavitation molds.

Accumulator injection uses stored hydraulic energy to deliver extremely fast injection speeds. The accumulator charges between cycles and releases its stored energy during injection, enabling much faster fill rates than standard hydraulic injection.
